Job Description

Job Title: Business Analyst w/ Retail or Consumer Goods

Location: Onsite Role in Atlanta GA 30324

Duration: 12 Months Contract.

Interview process: Phone followed by Video Interview.

Work Authorization: U.S. Citizen Green Card TN H4EAD.

Job Description:

SUMMARY:

A Business Analyst (BA) bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions by gathering and analyzing requirements facilitating communication between stakeholders and the development team and designing practical solutions. They support project management by defining scope timelines and deliverables and ensure quality through testing and validation. Their role enhances operational efficiency reduces costs improves decisionmaking boosts customer satisfaction and fosters innovation and growth ultimately contributing to the organizations success.

Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document their needs and translating these into detailed technical requirements
  • Communication Facilitation: Act as a bridge between the business side and the development team to ensure clear and effective communication
  • Solution Design: Assist in designing solutions that meet business needs while considering technical feasibility and costeffectiveness
  • Project Management Support: Help to define project scope timelines and deliverables
  • Quality Assurance: Participate in testing and validation processes to ensure the developed applications meet the specified requirements and are free of defects
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all processes requirements and changes
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly interact with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure their needs are being met throughout the project lifecycle
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to endusers and other stakeholders to ensure they can effectively use the developed applications

Qualifications:

  • Experience in planning and applying information technology to one or more business functions
  • B.S. or B.A. degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years working as a business analyst or similar type position
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions
  • Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of relevant technologies software development processes and tools
  • ProblemSolving: Resourcefulness and creativity in finding solutions to business challenges
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in requirements and documentation
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and project requirements
