Your Impact:
As a Senior UX Designer at Alphanext youll be the driving force behind usercentric designs that inspire and delight. Youll collaborate closely with clients data scientists and engineers to deliver exceptional web applications that simplify complex data and enhance enterprise workflows. Your expertise will shape the entire user journey ensuring seamless experiences across all devices.
What Youll Do:
* Design & Deliver: Create visually stunning and highly usable designs for enterprise web applications focusing on data visualization.
* Establish Standards: Develop and maintain design systems style guides and specification documents to ensure consistency and quality.
* User Advocacy: Translate user needs and pain points into effective interaction and visual designs.
* CrossDevice Expertise: Design responsive experiences across web mobile and tablet platforms.
* Collaboration & Communication: Effectively present design concepts to stakeholders and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
* Experience Definition: Play a key role in defining the user experience across various touchpoints.
What You Bring:
* Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a UX design role.
* Design Mastery: Deep understanding of user research information architecture interaction design and visual design principles.
* Tool Proficiency: Expertlevel proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD.
* Visual Acumen: Strong grasp of typography grid systems and color theory.
* DetailOriented: Commitment to pixelperfect design and meticulous attention to detail.
* ProblemSolving: Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
* Portfolio Showcase: A compelling portfolio demonstrating userfriendly responsive web design work.
* Independence & Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
* Data Visualization (Desired): Strong understanding and experience in designing data visualizations.
* Adobe Suite (Desired): Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
* Education (Preferred): Formal education in Interaction Design Visual Design HCI or a related field.
