ComoIT Support Technician tus funciones sern
- Proporcionar soporte y asistencia a los usuarios finales en la resolucin de problemas de hardware y software garantizando su acceso y correcto uso de los sistemas de la empresa.
- Documentar procedimientos configuraciones incidencias y soluciones implementadas manteniendo registros actualizados para referencia y mejora continua.
- Configurar instalar y supervisar el funcionamiento de equipos servidores ordenadores personales la red de datos y otros dispositivos de la empresa asegurando su correcto desempeo y cumplimiento de las polticas y procedimientos del grupo.
- Colaborar en el mantenimiento del inventario de equipos de IT software y otras instalaciones incluida la asistencia en la mejora continua de estos sistemas.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de las polticas y procedimientos de ciberseguridad y seguridad de la informacin asegurando la proteccin de los sistemas y la privacidad de los datos de la organizacin y sus usuarios adems de apoyar en la instalacin y gestin de sistemas de seguridad y defensa contra amenazas.
- Participar en proyectos tecnolgicos del grupo.
As IT Technician supporting AAF Spain business these will beyour responsibilities:
- Provide support to users by resolving the tickets assigned to them
- Document changes made.Maintain the integrity and availability of existing information technology systems and associated infrastructure
- Following the organizations policies and procedures configure and monitor the operation of company equipment servers personal computers and other devices on the data network. Install and update software utilities on personal computers and servers
- Keep the inventory of equipment and spare materials up to date ensuring optimal conditions.
- Comply with and enforce the organizations policies and procedures regarding cybersecurity and information security to ensure the protection of systems and the privacy of user and organizational data. Perform backups of user and shared data and recover them in case of loss.
- Participate in assigned projects.
