Cross Border Talents is looking for a German speaking Customer Support Representative to work for a global leading provider remotely in Portugal!
Description:
Your role will involve providing customer service via incoming calls live chat emails and social media channels. Youll serve as a consultant to our customers offering prompt and tailorsuited solutions to questions and issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to assist users with PreSales General Inquiries and technical support issues via phone/email/chat/social/social messaging channels (as assigned).
- Ability to adapt the brands voice and tone for interactions on both private (phone/email/chat/messaging channels) and public (social forums ecommerce reviews)channels.
- Respond appropriately to customer escalations and escalate issues and customers to higher tiers of support as defined and documented Respond to inbound customer requests document relevant case information.
What You Need:
- Native level of German (C1C2 level)
- Fluency in English (at least B2 level)
- Outstanding communication skills
- Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Organizational decisionmaking and analytical skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required
- Availability to work on rotational shifts
