Job Description
- Oversee farm operations ensuring efficient workflow and high productivity.
- Manage workforce schedules training and performance.
- Develop and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for farm processes.
- Coordinate with logistics and distribution teams for smooth supply chain operations.
- Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with agricultural regulations.
- Manage farm finances budgeting and cost optimization strategies.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Agribusiness Agriculture or Operations Management.
- Experience in commercial farm operations preferably hydroponics.
- Strong leadership organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Minimum 10 12years in hydroponic system design
- Excellent English language is required only in case you dont speak Arabic language.
