Receptionist Be the Face of a Thriving Financial Firm!
Pay rate: $25 $30 per hour

Our client is experiencing rapid growth specializing in financial services for retirees and were looking for a dynamic Receptionist to join their team. As the first point of contact youll provide an exceptional customer experience both in person and over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism ensuring they feel valued and welcome.
- Manage incoming calls directing them efficiently and professionally.
- Handle client communications and appointment scheduling keeping agendas organized.
- Assist with paperwork processing using DocuSign.
- Support office operations to ensure smooth daily functions.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2 years in office administration within a professional office environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Google Docs Teams and Adobe Acrobat.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Professionalism: A polished confident demeanor in person and over the phone.
- Customer Service: A passion for providing outstanding client service.
- Bonus: Interest in the financial industry is a plus!
