In this fullLime remote role based in Lekki Lagos youll play a key part in connecting customers with inspiring fragrances and delivering exceptional brand experiences.
Job Responsibilities
As a Fragrance Sales Associate youll be responsible for customer communication consultation exceptional service sales activities. implementing effective marketing strategies and the following:
- Assist customers with product selection providing personalized recommendations.
- Demonstrate product features and usage physically or through virtual consultations.
- Build relationships with customers lo encourage repeal business and loyalty.
- Achieve sales targets by upselling and crossselling products across channels.
- Process orders online requests and maintenance accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized disposition as a staff
- Respond to online inquiries via email chat or social media.
- Support ecommerce tasks like updating client lisLings and managing relationships.
- Participate in both instore and remote training sessions.
- Collaborate with the team to meet overall sales and operational goals.
- Assist with promotional activities events and marketing tasks including social media support.
Qualifications
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Sales and Training experience
- Knowledge of Sales & Marketing strategies
- Experience in scent marketing or related field is a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field
- Mobility is a plus
