Job Role: International Voice (Inbound Sales) Process
As a part of the inbound sales team you will handle customer interactions understand their needs and provide the best solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring customer satisfaction driving sales conversions and maintaining a high level of service.
Eligibility Criteria
We are hiring candidates at two levels:
CL12:
- Open to Undergraduates (UG) Graduates BE/B.Tech candidates
- Freshers are welcome to apply
CL11:
- Open to Undergraduates (UG) Graduates BE/B.Tech candidates
- Minimum one year of experience in any field is required
Assessment Process
All candidates will undergo a Voice & Accent (V&A) Test to assess their communication skills.
Salary and Benefits
For CL12:
- CTC: 2.8 LPA
- Take Home Salary: 16000
- Monthly Incentive Variable (MIV): 2500
For CL11:
- CTC: Up to 4.05 LPA
- Take Home Salary: Up to 26900 (20 percent hike on last inhand salary)
- Monthly Incentive Variable (MIV): 2500
Additional Benefits
