Job Description

Job Mission: 

We are seeking a highly analytical and detailoriented Business Analyst to join our Global Services PMO & Sales Operations team. This role will bridge project management business strategy and sales enablement by providing insights process improvements and analytical support to drive operational efficiency and revenue growth. The Business Analyst will work closely with crossfunctional teams including project managers sales leaders and finance to optimize business performance and strategic decisionmaking. 

The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset with a natural curiosity for how current systems and reporting can evolve to meet Shijis Strategic Goals. They will apply technical skills and data evaluation to mandate business and operational requirements. They will design and implement process that maximize our tools and resources for the best outcomes. And finally they will be eager to share ideas and findings that contribute to the overall health of the business. 

Key Responsibilities 

Business Analysis & Reporting 

  • Analyze business trends operational performance and sales data to provide actionable insights. 

  • Develop and maintain reports dashboards and KPIs to track project outcomes and sales performance. 

  • Identify gaps inefficiencies and areas for process improvement within the PMO and sales operations. 

  • Support datadriven decisionmaking through research modeling and scenario analysis. 

Project & Process Optimization 

  • Partner with the Global Services PMO to enhance project execution tracking and governance. 

  • Support project managers with documentation requirements gathering and stakeholder communication. 

  • Work with Sales Operations to refine forecasting pipeline management and sales process automation. 

  • Assist in system implementation integration and enhancements related to CRM and other business tools. 

Stakeholder Collaboration & Support 

  • Collaborate with sales operations and finance teams to ensure business alignment. 

  • Act as a liaison between technical and nontechnical stakeholders to translate business needs into system and process requirements. 

  • Support change management efforts including training and documentation for new processes and tools. 


Qualifications :

Qualifications & Skills 

  • Bachelors degree in Business Finance Analytics or a related field. 

  • 35 years of experience in business analysis sales operations or project management. 

  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce Zoho CPQ etc.) reporting tools (Power BI Tableau) and project management software (Clarizen Smartsheet JIRA). 

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling visualization and process mapping. 

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities. 

  • Ability to work independently in a fastpaced global environment. 

  • Experience in the hospitality technology or professional services industry is a plus.

         Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.

         Willing to work with a wide variety of cultures.

         Willing to be contactable on an oncall basis afterhours by mobile phone.

         Willing to travel locally and overseas when required
