Job Description
Job Title: RN Charge Operating Room (OR)
Location: Hauppauge New York
Schedule: MondayFriday 8hour shifts (No major holidays no oncall)
Salary Range: $91500 $110240 per year
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Charge Operating Room RN to lead and support our Surgical Services team. This leadership role ensures highquality patient care while overseeing daily operations in a surgical facility with four ORs and 250300 procedures per month. Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership supervision and guidance to the surgical team.
- Ensure smooth daytoday operations in the operating room.
- Deliver direct nursing care based on scientific principles.
- Foster a collaborative and efficient surgical environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Active New York State RN license.
- Minimum of 1 year in a leadership role.
- 35 years of experience in Surgical Services (outpatient surgery center preferred).
