Responsibility:
- Develop and maintain a deep strategic relationship with business partner to understand their goals challenges and client base.
- Analyse the partners client portfolio and identify opportunities for expansion and leveraging existing relationships for new business.
- Work closely with business partner to understand their clients needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their business objectives and maintain a positive relationship.
- Collaborate with internal teams and the business partner to develop strategies that align with both organizations objectives focusing on the business partners clients.
- Proactively identify ways to drive growth including upselling and crossselling to the partners clients and introducing new services or products.
- Monitor performance against KPIs provide regular updates on opportunities and deliver insights into the success of strategies and actions.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong sales and proven experience in partnership management business development skills with an established track record of successfully managing accounts and achieving targets.
- Strategic insights and problemsolving abilities to identify partner challenges offer innovative solutions and foster business growth.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to navigate complex partner relationships and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
