Job Description
Do you have a passion for psychology and want to inspire the next generation of thinkers We are looking for a talented Psychology Teacher to join our team in Northampton teaching KS4 and KS5 students. This role comes with the potential for a TLR (Teaching and Learning Responsibility) for the right candidate.
Role Overview
As a Psychology Teacher you will:
- Teach Psychology to KS4 and KS5 students covering topics like research methods biological psychology and mental health
- Inspire students to develop a critical understanding of human behaviour
- Foster independent thinking through engaging lessons and practical applications
- Guide students through exam preparation and ensure they achieve excellent results
- Take on the opportunity to lead the Psychology Department or take on additional responsibilities with potential for TLR

What Were Looking For
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
