Are you a persuasive salesperson who thrives on closing deals Do you have the emotional intelligence to build rapport and guide potential clients toward the right legal solutions If so we want you on our team as an Inside Sales Representative!
Requirements
- Proven Sales Experience – You know how to close deals and exceed quotas.
- TechSavviness – Comfortable with CRM software and virtual communication tools.
- Emotional Intelligence – You can connect with clients understand their needs and build trust.
- Fluent English (C1 Level) – Excellent communication skills are a must.
- Engage and convert inbound leads into retained clients.
- Manage consultations and guide potential clients through the decisionmaking process.
- Hit performance targets
- Base Pay: $910/hour Bonus structure
- Hours: MondayFriday 9 AM 6 PM EST.
- Training: Three weeks to get you fully prepared before handling consultations.
