Participate in the expanding of existing portfolio of clients for government accounts by understanding their needs and continuously proposing solutions that meet them
Ensure achieving the defined sales targets quarterly in order to meet sales annual target of SPL.
Participate in developing strong internal cross functional relationship to serve, solve and manage complaints and client pain areas.
Ensure resolving customer queries and providing support for development of sales strategies.
Ensure establishing strong relationships in order to maximize sales growth and opportunities.
Identify any potential opportunities in the marketplace to expand SPL business as well as reduce business risks.
Government Account Management
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key government clients, including government agencies and officials, ensuring their needs and requirements are met.
Account Strategy: Develop strategic plans to grow and manage government accounts, ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals, capabilities, and priorities.
Contract Negotiation and Management: Lead negotiations for government contracts, ensuring favorable terms while complying with government regulations. Manage the full contract lifecycle, from bidding to execution and renewal.
Service Delivery Oversight: Ensure the delivery of services and products to government clients meets contractual obligations, quality standards, and expectations.
Problem Resolution: Address any issues or challenges faced by government clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution while maintaining client satisfaction.

Government Bid Management: Oversee the preparation and submission of bids and proposals for government contracts, ensuring they align with both the organization's capabilities and government requirements.
Market Research: Research and stay informed on government funding, projects, and procurement opportunities to identify potential leads for new business.
