Job Description

Are you a positive creative and ambitious person Do you have several years of experience in business management and your own business network Are you a born leader who is great at organising has great attention to detail and understands how to deliver results solutions based on preventive genetic testing is seeking a Country Manager to join our dynamic team.

GenePlanet is an innovative hightech company present in more than 30 countries. We specialize in providing preventive genetic tests that empower individuals to take control of their health. Our tests adhere to the highest standards of quality and are based on the latest scientific discoveries. the field of biotechnology where we specialize in genetic testing and analyses in the field of human genetics.

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic individual who is capable of excellent performance in the role of a Country Manager. You will not only seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers but also manage a team of experts and seek new sales channels and opportunities with out of the box thinking.

You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales forging strong relationships with clients and exploit new opportunities discovered on the market.

Tasks

  • Determine key stakeholders on the NIPT market and prepare a long term business strategy
  • Build a network of Key Opinion Leaders and distribution channels
  • Be actively involved in the sales process and lead the team of sales representatives
  • Promote the companys products/services addressing
  • Build longterm relationships with new and existing customers
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

Requirements

  • Sales driven and goaloriented person
  • Excellent selling communication and negotiation skills
  • A solid background in business development management and sales representation with a proven ability to deliver results.
  • Indepth knowledge of the local healthcare industry particularly in the private sector.
  • Proven leadership skills ability to work in a team yet be able to act independently with key market stakeholders
  • Proficiency in English is a must any additional language is a plus

You would have an advantage with:

  • Higher education degree (biotechnology biology medicine biochemistry or microbiology)
  • Knowledge of the local NIPT market and products
  • Experience in working in the field of gynaecology
