Overview:The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for designing and delivering worldclass enterprise partner platforms and software products. The role involves working crossfunctionally with stakeholders managing Salesforce integrations and driving strategic product direction for sales technology capabilities.
Position:Senior Product Manager (Full time role)
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with users engineering and stakeholders to develop and manage a roadmap.
- Drive strategic direction for Sales Technology capabilities.
- Own product planning prioritization and roadmap activities.
- Use datadriven insights to define metrics and monitor goals.
- Conduct customer research to understand partner needs.
- Lead execution against plans manage risks and communicate progress.
- Work with GotoMarket teams to execute strategy and vision.
- Define product requirements and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Influence and engage with senior leadership effectively.
- 8 years of experience in product management designing and delivering enterprise partner platforms or software products.
- Handson experience with PRM (Partner Relationship Management) tools.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce including Sales Cloud Service Cloud and custom objects.
- Strong expertise in managing Salesforce integrations using APIs and thirdparty tools.
- Experience working crossfunctionally with sales enablement finance customer service and technology teams.
- Strong understanding of data structures data migration and data management.
- Skilled communicator with leadership experience in managing initiatives across multiple product teams.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Ability to quickly identify insights and deliver innovative solutions.
- Salesforce development experience (Apex Visualforce Lightning) is a plus.
