Position: Community Based Contract Compliance Auditor
Location: Indianapolis IN (46204)
Client: State of Indiana
Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
We are seeking a detailoriented Community Based Contract Compliance Auditor to join a regional team dedicated to monitoring and reviewing communitybased contracted provider businesses. This role involves onsite audits to ensure compliance with DCS services and billing practices while providing education and recommendations for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive audits of communitybased providers in specified regions.
- Evaluate DCS services and billing accuracy to identify and correct errors.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans for identified issues.
- Collaborate with a statewide team through regular meetings and trainings.
- Travel frequently within designated regions for audits and meetings.
Required Skills:
- Bachelors Degree in Social Work or Finance or 4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with state agencies and community programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Excel Word Teams).
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience in formulating and implementing audit corrective action plans.
