Our client is a part of a multinational conglomerate our partner provides IT services across various industries including manufacturing and carbon emissions solutions. Theyre looking for a Business Development Manager to drive the growth in Europe (primarily in Hungary and Germany) from the ground up playing a key role in lead generation customer acquisition and market expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage key accounts in ESG sustainability and related industries developing a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Expand awareness among current users educate stakeholders generate referrals and uncover new business opportunities.
- Qualify inbound marketing leads ensuring prospects receive the right information at the right time.
- Conduct outreach and cold calling to convert prospects into qualified leads.
- Research and profile strategic accounts identifying decisionmakers and business requirements to kickstart the sales process.
- Organize and lead demos webinars live seminars and meetings at industry conferences.
- Collaborate with HQ teams working closely with sales marketing and operations to optimize the sales cycle and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of successful B2B sales experience preferably in Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) or IT solutions.
- Fluency in German English and Hungarian (both written and verbal) with a positive engaging presence.
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a handson approach and a drive for results.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fastpaced highresponsibility environment.
- Experience in EV Battery Automotive or related industries is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Europe.
