Job Description

Our client is seeking a motivated and persuasive Sales Closer to join our team in Los Angeles. As a key player in our sales process youll be responsible for finalizing solar deals guiding customers through the decisionmaking process and ensuring a smooth transition to solar energy. This role requires a proven ability to close highticket sales manage customer relationships and drive new business through referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage scheduled appointments or generate your own leads through referrals.

Conduct inhome consultations to assess customer needs and provide customized solar solutions.

Work with the Proposal Building team to create accurate compelling proposals.

Present proposals emphasizing cost savings sustainability and ROI.

Utilize persuasive sales techniques to identify customer motivations and overcome objections.

Secure signed contracts and ensure seamless transition to the installation phase.

Generate additional leads through satisfied customers and their network.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).

Experience: 13 years in direct sales (solar real estate or highticket sales preferred).

Skills:

Strong understanding of solar energys financial benefits.

Proficiency with CRM tools and digital platforms.

Excellent communication negotiation and objectionhandling skills.

Selfdriven with a focus on results and resilience under pressure.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience in doortodoor inhome or highticket sales.

    Bilingual (Spanish preferred).

    Familiarity with solar financing options and industry trends.

      Key Competencies:

      Sales & Persuasion: Ability to close deals effectively and influence customer decisions.

      Customer Profiling: Recognize and leverage customer behaviors to increase closing rates.

      Objection Handling: Address and resolve customer concerns swiftly to move the sale forward.

      SelfLead Generation: Generate new leads through referrals from satisfied customers.

      Resilience: Stay motivated and adaptable in a fastpaced highpressure sales environment.

        Performance Metrics:

        Closing Rate: Percentage of appointments that convert to signed contracts.

        Sales Targets: Achieve specific monthly sales goals.

        Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads from customers and referrals.

        Customer Satisfaction: Positive feedback and high retention rates.

          Compensation & Benefits:

          Base Salary: $2000/month (Provisional Period) $3000/month (After First Signed Deal)

          Bonus/Commission: Performancebased incentives for every closed deal.
