JOB MISSION
As part of the payment services activities at HPS they are responsible for handling customer requests to ensure the delivery of the requested services while respecting the contractual SLAs.
JOB PURPOSES
Handle Service Catalog Requests to Meet Customer Needs
Ensure the implementation of the service accepted by the customer within the agreed timelines.
Prepare validate and deliver update patches in coordination with the RUN IT & Internal Support teams.
Handle and resolve incidents and/or regressions caused by the implementation of the service.
Handle Information Requests to Address Customer Queries
Qualify customer information requests.
Prepare process and communicate responses to customer queries.
Contribute to Colleagues’ Skill Development to Improve Collective Performance
Provide guidance support and assistance to colleagues.
