Job Description

The Sr. Manager Finance Commercial & Money Movement Solutions (CMS) is responsible for supporting the leadership team and driving insights into CMS business and investments performance. The position is responsible for consolidation coordination planning forecasting and budgeting processes for the business unit globally and provides detailed investment monthly reports and analysis to management to enable business decision making. The position also ensures that requisitions receiving and endofmonth processes are accurate and in compliance with established procurement procedures. The Sr. Manager works closely with other Finance and Business teams to ensure alignment and achieve synergy of opportunities and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical analytical and collaboration skills combined with meaningful FP&A experience and the ability to work across a matrix business organizational structure. This role will have exposure to key Global and Regional CMS leadership teams and their respective Finance Partners.

Essential Functions:

  • Collaborate with global regional functional and corporate teams for consolidation management reporting budget/forecast including priority recommendations on resource allocation as needed
  • Serve as Financial Business Partner (FBP) for global CMS teams and executives globally responsible for budgeting/ forecasting coordination and inputs related to investments (expenses and headcount)
  • Design build and maintain various automated reporting models in Hyperion (Smartview) and leverage corporate dashboard reports (GARP & GEAR)
  • Ensure financial data accuracy integrity and consistency of information as well as organize documentation of results and data sources used
  • Proactively review monthly organizational hierarchy changes and implement changes accordingly
  • Track investment execution and workforce planning by business unit to periodically report business plans changes
  • Drive discussions and resolution of reporting issues by working with business partners globally provide input regarding continuous improvements and best practices and effectively integrate reporting processes throughout the organization
  • P&L Management including budget forecasting planning and reporting for multiple internal teams
  • Perform robust financial analysis and be able to succinctly outline and present key drivers themes and key risks while applying business and financial acumen to explain underlying drivers of results across several scenarios
  • Timely and accurate update on all CMS Scorecard financial deliverables including effective communication/coordination with stakeholders in Sale Ops and Business Units finance teams
  • Identify risk and opportunities (plus mitigating actions) to ensure delivery on targets
  • Active participant and teammate to Global Regional and corporate counterparts in promoting best practices and collaboration

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.


Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications

  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD


Preferred Qualifications

  • 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
  • Strong business acumen and multifunctional business experience a plus
  • Demonstrated program leadership capabilities to drive key financial processes
  • Analytical and quantitative skills ability to resolve tough business problems with wellstructured analyses
  • Solutionoriented and great problem solver ability to strike balance between compliance / governance requirements and achieving business outcomes
  • Must be detail oriented to ensure accuracy and quality of output
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse team and produce time sensitive deliverables
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment with changing priorities


Additional Information :

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 510% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 142200.00 to 206350.00 USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on jobrelated factors which may include knowledge skills experience and location. In addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
