Develop and manage tender schedules to align with project timelines and business objectives.
Lead strategic sourcing efforts to secure competitive bids and ensure timely tender awards.
Mitigate Variation Orders (VO) and minimize unnecessary Extensions of Time (EoT) through proactive risk assessment and cost control measures.
Oversee contract administration cost control and supplier certification processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Ensure the timely and accurate finalization of Final Accounts.
Establish monitor and maintain project budgets from inception to completion ensuring costeffectiveness.
Conduct thorough evaluations of contractors bids analyzing pricing competitiveness and major cost components.
Lead quarterly construction cost reviews and provide insights for departmental cost planning and budgeting.
Lead and coordinate with consultants main contractors subcontractors and suppliers tovachieve project goals.
Ensure project delivery meets time cost quality and regulatory compliance standards.
Requirements
What We re Looking For:
1. Bachelor s degree in quantity surveying & building technology.
2. 5 to 7 years of relevant experience preferably property development and real estate.
3. Proven experience in leading overseeing project cycle including tender process.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead motivate and
inspire teams effectively.
5. Possess pleasant personality independent and able to multitask.
6. Quick learner highly responsible and able to take instructions clearly.
7. Creative and independent thinks capable of leading marketing strategies in fastpased
environment.
Other Key Requirements:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying within the real estate industry and
preferably in your 30s.
2. Handson resultsdriven professional with a strategic mindset.
3. Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and working across different teams.
