Job Description
As an Alliances Manager you will drive strategic partnerships with Workday Okta and MicroStrategy maximizing business impact. You ll build and maintain key relationships align joint gotomarket strategies and identify revenue opportunities. Working closely with sales marketing and delivery teams you ll develop partner programs manage pipelines negotiate agreements and drive collaborative initiatives to ensure market leadership.

Salary: PHP 60000 to PHP 150000
Work Setup: Permanent Work From Home
- Drive strategic partnerships with Workday Okta and MicroStrategy to maximize business impact.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key alliance partners.
- Align joint gotomarket strategies to identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales marketing and delivery to develop partner programs and manage pipeline development.
- Ensure seamless execution of joint initiatives to strengthen partner relationships.
- Navigate complex partner organizations leveraging strong business development skills.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and track performance metrics to maintain preferred partner status.
- Act as the primary liaison between the executive team and alliance stakeholders.
- Drive collaboration on product integrations comarketing efforts and joint sales motions.
- Shape the future of partnerships and contribute to business growth and market leadership.
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- Must be available to work U.S. hours preferably Central Standard Time (CST).
- Nearnative proficiency in conversational and written English.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Professionally presentable and comfortable communicating via Zoom video with stakeholders.
- Willing to travel to the U.S. 2 3 times per year.
- Fully remote position.
