Job Summary:
We are looking for an Office Assistant to provide administrative support and ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong communication computer and client management skills. This role is critical for maintaining efficient workflows and delivering exceptional service to clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support including scheduling documentation and correspondence management.
- Communicate with clients via phone email or other channels to address inquiries and provide assistance.
- Maintain organized records files and databases for easy access and reference.
- Assist in preparing reports presentations and other business documents.
- Manage office supplies and equipment ensuring availability and functionality.
- Support client management activities including updating client records and tracking interactions.
- Perform data entry and maintain accuracy in all administrative tasks.
Requirements
Requirements/Skills Needed:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Communications or a related field is preferred.
- 3 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and office management tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Problemsolving skills to address client and operational needs effectively.

- Setup and Location: WFH/Remote
- Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AEST) 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (PH Time)
- Employment Type: Fulltime
