- Manage relationships with clients acting as the primary point of contact for daytoday communication.
- Oversee the execution of marketing services such as PR and email campaigns to ensure timely and highquality delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments including content and design to ensure all deliverables meet both client expectations and agency standards.
- Work with clients to establish project timelines and ensure projects are delivered within specified constraints.
- Proactively identify and address issues or concerns during project delivery ensuring prompt resolution while keeping clients informed of progress and necessary changes.
- Identify potential avenues for expanding business with existing clients by recognising upselling and crossselling opportunities and promptly communicate them to the reporting manager.
- Prepare and present regular reports to clients and reporting managers providing transparent updates on project status and key milestones.
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns delivering exceptional customer service and proactively identifying ways to add value to the clients business.
Requirements
EDUCATION:
- Bachelors degree in marketing communications or a related field
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- 2 years of experience in account management preferably in a marketing agency.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to think creatively and strategically to solve client challenges.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Familiarity with marketing and advertising technologies including CRM marketing automation and social media platforms.
