CRM & Email Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement a robust CRM strategy to our B2C and B2B customer database enhance customer engagement and retention across diverse international markets.
- Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns including segmentation personalization and automation to drive customer acquisition and loyalty
- Leverage CRM insights and marketing automation technologies to personalize content and improve customer interactions to optimize ROI
- Lead initiatives to optimize customer data management ensuring accurate and actionable insights for targeted marketing efforts.
- Monitor analyze and optimize the performance of newsletters in collaboration with the regional CRM/Email Touchpoint Managers
DataDriven Optimization & Reporting
- Own the CRM and email marketing performance metrics managing channels that contribute significantly to customer engagement and conversion rates.
- Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) analyzing customer behavior to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics the SAP Analytics Cloud and the SAP Marketing Cloud to derive insights on Users and optimize campaign effectiveness.
Stakeholder Collaboration & CrossFunctional Alignment
- Serve as the primary point of contact for CRM and email marketing initiatives ensuring strategic alignment with global marketing sales and customer service teams.
- Collaborate closely with regional stakeholders and external agencies to implement best practices and enhance campaign efficiency.
- Support ecommerce and sales teams in optimizing customer journeys and improving user experience across multiple digital touchpoints.
Qualifications :
- Proven expertise in CRM and email marketing management with a strong track record in driving customer engagement and conversion on a global scale.
- Deep understanding of customer data management segmentation strategies and email marketing best practices.
- Strong analytical and datadriven decisionmaking skills with proficiency in CRM/email marketing software.
- Ability to manage complex crossfunctional projects and navigate global stakeholder networks effectively.
- Selfmotivated organized and solutionoriented mindset with a passion for enhancing customer experiences through digital marketing.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template customization and optimization.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
