Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Outbound Sales Trainer. This individual will play a crucial role in boosting the productivity of our sales team by developing and delivering targeted training programs. The successful candidate will have indepth knowledge and expertise in outbound sales techniques instructional design and sales strategy among other key skills.
Job PurposeThe Outbound Sales Trainers purpose is to bolster the effectiveness of our sales squad through the creation and delivery of tailored training plans centered on outbound sales tactics. As a crucial part of a dynamic team the trainer will use their expertise in motivation and engagement as well as data analysis skills to identify room for improvement and meet the specific needs of the team.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Designing and implementing effective outbound sales training programs
- Evaluating the sales teams performance and identifying areas for improvement
- Using sales data to inform training content and initiatives
- Motivating and engaging sales personnel to boost sales performance
- Constantly update training content and methods to reflect industry trends and developments
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in outbound sales training or related role
- Strong knowledge of outbound sales techniques and sales strategy
- Proven ability in instructional design and performance assessment
- Strong motivational and engagement skills
- Sound data analysis skills
- Demonstrable ability in tailoring training content
