The Auberge Resorts internship program is designed to provide you with handson experience mentorship and exposure to the world of luxury hospitality. As a 12 week training and development program you will have the opportunity to begin your career the same way that many of our Auberge leaders began their hospitality journey. 

The program consists of work experience and professional development opportunities that are intended to prepare you for postgraduate opportunities. 

Role Specific Information 

• Rooms Front Office Intern
  • Gain experience in guest relations checkin/checkout procedures and concierge services.
  • Learn about reservation systems and assist in managing guest inquiries.

  • Based on performance and completion of all internship program components the intern will have priority placement in the Management Development Program upon earning their hospitality degree (MDP placements based on availability and willingness to relocate).

Qualifications :

• Currently enrolled in a relevant hospitality or culinary program or recent graduate.
• Passion for the hospitality industry and a keen interest in luxury dining.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
