Position: Senior Manufacturing Quality Engineer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manufacturing Quality Engineer to join our clients team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that manufacturing processes and products meet all quality standards and regulations. This is a fulltime permanent position that offers competitive salary and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure product quality and consistency
Conduct regular audits and inspections of manufacturing processes and products to identify any areas for improvement
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve any quality issues and implement corrective actions
Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements
Train and mentor junior quality engineers to ensure a high level of quality throughout the manufacturing process
Stay uptodate with industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance in all manufacturing processes
Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste in the manufacturing process
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering Quality Management or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality engineering role within a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of quality control principles and techniques including Six Sigma and Lean methodologies
Experience with quality management systems such as ISO 9001
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Detailoriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with FDA regulations and medical device manufacturing is a plus
