About the Role

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to strengthen our presence in Norway. This is a key role where you will be responsible for developing and expanding relationships with key customers within the Marine sectors. While experience from the marine market is highly meritorious it is not a requirementmore important is your ability to build strong partnerships and drive sales growth.

Ideally you have experience with Consiliums products or similar safety systems as this will help you quickly establish credibility with our customers.

This role is based in Norway and you will have the opportunity to work from our office in Oslo.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and develop key customer relationships primarily in the Marine industry including shipowners shipyards and technical managers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities as well as complementary solutions from our partners.
  • Promote Consiliums product portfolio and act as a trusted advisor ensuring our solutions meet customer needs.
  • Conduct inperson and virtual meetings including presentations negotiations and contract closures.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with distributors and subcontractors to maximize market reach.
  • Provide customers with technical and commercial support including pricing delivery details and contract terms.
  • Stay up to date with market trends competitors and industry regulations to proactively identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with global (HQ) and local sales product and project management teams to optimize solutions.
  • Strive to exceed sales targets and KPIs on a monthly quarterly and annual basis.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven sales experience preferably in the marine industry.
  • Experience with Consiliums products or similar safety systems is a advantage.
  • Bachelors degree in a technical or business field or equivalent experience. Studies in sales strategy and/or business administration are a plus.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and close deals with decisionmakers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian and English.
  • Experience working in an international multicultural environment.
  • Comfortable using MS Office 365 Microsoft Teams ERP and CRM systems.
  • Driven and selfmotivated team player with a rollupyoursleeves mentality.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
