Client Location: Toronto ON
Work Model: Hybrid 3 days onsite
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in CXScrum Master and Agile methodologies. This role is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required. The Architect will play a crucial role in designing and implementing solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business success.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of customer experience solutions to meet business objectives.
Oversee the development and execution of Agile projects ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.
Provide guidance and support to crossfunctional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure the architecture aligns with the companys strategic goals and technical standards.
Conduct regular reviews and assessments of the architecture to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain documentation for architectural designs and project plans.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives.
Mentor and coach team members on Agile practices and Scrum methodologies.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and project outcomes.
Ensure the solutions delivered are scalable secure and maintainable.
