Job Description
In a nutshell
We are looking for a Fulfilment Planning Operator to work on a wide range of challenges within the (People) Planning domain. Planning is a vital part of the Fulfilment process guaranteeing we have enough capacity in our FCs to satisfy our customers demand while simultaneously ensuring our thousands of employees across all FCs are satisfied with their schedules.
Tricks of the trade
- Maintain tools: Support operations by maintaining Google Sheets and Google Apps Script tools.
- Improve existing Google Sheets: Develop and improve current Google Sheets to make them less errorprone.
- Streamline tool usage: Streamline use of tools across Fulfilment Centers in the Netherlands Germany and France.
- Develop new tools: Create new or improve existing tools to increase efficiency or support new features.
- Specify system requirements: Define technical needs for the Tech team (Timekeepers).
- Manage tool improvement requests: Manage and plan incoming requests for tool improvements.
Were looking for
- Preferably a HBO degree related to Engineering;
- 0 to 4 years of relevant experience;
- Fluent in English (Dutch for bonus points);
- Available to work fulltime;
- Experience with working in Google Sheets
- Experience with programming in Google Apps Scripts (JavaScript);
- Affinity with technical tasks and complex challenges;
