SAP S/4HANA Customer Service Consultant
This role involves leading and supporting SAP S/4HANA Customer Service implementations optimizing business processes and ensuring successful ERP deliveries in an international fastpaced environment.
Tasks
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Customer Service solutions ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.
- Conduct fittostandard workshops identify gaps propose solutions and provide effort estimations for new projects and enhancements.
- Collaborate with business teams and subject matter experts to define and prioritize SAP ERP features that enhance customer service operations.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical expertise to stakeholders ensuring seamless adoption of new functionalities.
- Stay up to date with the latest SAP cloud innovations exploring new features to drive efficiency and process improvements.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance within the Customer Service domain.
- Offer strategic consultancy to clients delivering insights on digital solutions that improve operational efficiency.
- Lead SAP ERP deployments with a focus on standardization best practices and business impact.
Requirements
- 7 years of experience in IT or business technology roles with at least 5 years of handson SAP ERP experience.
- Proven experience in fullcycle SAP S/4HANA implementations particularly in the Customer Service module.
- Strong understanding of SAP dependencies with other modules supporting customer service workflows.
- Experience in global environments working across diverse teams and cultures.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with a customercentric approach.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
