Role Description

We are seeking a fulltime onsite Residential Property Manager located in Buffalo NY. The Residential Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily property management tasks including communication with tenants delivering exceptional customer service managing leases coordinating property maintenance and handling lease administration duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily communication with tenants to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive living experience for tenants.
  • Manage leases ensuring compliance and timely renewals.
  • Oversee property maintenance and coordinate with contractors to ensure timely repairs and upkeep.
  • Handle lease administration duties including documentation records and adherence to leasing policies.
  • Maintain an organized efficient workflow for property management tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience in leases and property management.
  • Familiarity with MRI software is preferred.
  • Knowledge of lease administration procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
  • Previous experience in real estate or property management is a plus.
