Job Description
We are building a new team of highly skilled and talented backend developers to redefine our networking infrastructure in the cloud and create the next generation of our Application Delivery Controller (ADC) VPN and Firewall solutions. As our customer base expands and our network infrastructure grows in complexity this team will be pivotal in driving innovation and scalability. We are seeking passionate developers with expertise in networking and cloud development who want to join a startuplike team within a wellestablished company.
What you get to do in this role:
- Be part of an agile team developing in a fastpaced CI/CD environment.
- Write highquality scalable and efficient code while adhering to best practices in software engineering architecture and processes (e.g. code reviews unit testing).
- Take part in decision making architecture design and technology research.
- Partner with product owners to understand requirements and take ownership of the full development cycle from design and implementation to test automation and delivery.
- Be a mentor for colleagues and foster a culture of knowledgesharing.
Qualifications :
To excel in this role you should possess:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decisionmaking or problemsolving. This may include using AIpowered tools automating workflows analyzing AIdriven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
- A BSc in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
- 4 years of experience with Golang and/or C/C.
- 2 years of experience in developing largescale distributed software systems.
- Strong proficiency in serverside web development and/or backend programming.
- Handson experience with public cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Expertise in writing tests and implementing CI/CD methodologies.
- A selfmotivated resultsdriven mindset with a positive cando attitude.
- Flexibility creativity and a passion for building new systems and improving existing ones.
- A quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies rapidly. Leadership potential and a strong desire to take on a future managerial role (a significant advantage).

Bonus points for:
- Knowledge of dynamic routing protocols such as BGP or OSPF.
- Development experience in core Linux networking stack and DPDK.
- Knowledge of Nginx Envoy or other load balancing and deep packet processing solutions Big advantage.
- Expertise in developing software for network security solutions (Firewall DDOS protection VPN etc.).
