We are looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to provide dedicated service to the Technology department. In this role you will help ensure smooth HR operations by assisting leaders and employees with HR processes and engagement initiatives. You will also collaborate with other HRBPs on crosstech projects. If youre passionate about HR eager to learn and ready to contribute in a dynamic environment we are waiting for you.
You will be responsible for:
- Support the implementation of HR processes within the business unit ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures
- Support the business in managing employee performance effectively
- Assist in improving organizational efficiency within the business unit
- Collaborate with managers to develop and implement engagement plans to enhance employee motivation and retention
- Analyze HR KPIs and trends within the business unit identify root causes and work with managers on developing solutions.
- Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees addressing queries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner

We are looking for people who:
- You have a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related field (Masters degree preferred)
- You are fluent in English (min. B2)
- You have 23 years of experience in HR area (e.g. learning & development recruitment or others) in a big or fast growing organization
- You have basic knowledge of labor laws and are willing to learn more
- Present I can do attitude with problem solving skills
- You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
