Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the IVVQ Manager to ensure all requirements are testable define appropriate testing methods and maintain full Verification & Validation (V&V) Traceability with test scenarios.
- Set up test environments develop and execute verification procedures document results manage deviations and maintain detailed records of all verification outcomes.
- Lead system integration and conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) for telecom subsystems at the Singaporebased factory while coordinating with customers and preparing test reports for submission.
- Deploy configure and manage IT infrastructure for telecom systems including servers storage and network devices.
- Configure both software and hardware components and implement cloudbased integration solutions.
- Provide support for troubleshooting and develop tools to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Assist the team with tasks throughout the software development life cycle as needed.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Computer Science Information Technology Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering.
Experience & Skills:
- 3 years of handson experience in manual/automated testing IT infrastructure configuration and management.
- Strong background in Linux OS VMware ESX and related virtualization technologies.
- Experience in designing and developing integration solutions using APIs microservices and serviceoriented architecture (SOA) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes as well as cloud computing platforms.
- Familiarity with networking protocols virtualization and IT automation tools like Ansible.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Python Bash Perl) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies test management tools (JIRA SVN) and software development processes.
- Familiarity with railway communication systems (e.g. CCTV Passenger Information Systems Public Address Systems Radio Communication PABX).
- Prior experience in Land Transport Authority (LTA) MRT projects is a plus.
