- Assume and live the Red Bull On Premise Culture demonstrating that they are seen as a Do it now person by influential contacts being seen as a credible and knowledgeable person to know in the On Premise.
- Live and breathe the nightlife environment by visiting the customers and doing night tours (visit the customers at night)
- Engage key consumers through innovative activation that differentiate Red Bull from other drinks working with the bar staff and the on premise marketing team.
Communication
- On premise Knowhow by taking the Red Bull culture to the customers.
- Permanent teamwork with other Musketeers by exchanging ideas and best practices well aligned with his Regional Manager.
- Develop relative industry relationships (DJs Promoters Endemic Magazines etc.) by doing on premise tours that results in business building initiatives.
Event Activation
- Ensure availability and premium High 5 execution (right price perfect serve perfect visibility consumption activation and menu) around 3rd party and Red Bull events negotiating and executing and proactively searching for opportunities to implement creative elements that drive Red Bulls brand image and offset money.
- Know the competitors actions by Attendance on key 3rd party competitors event.
Territory Management
- Grow & protect On Premise accounts in the related region permanently analysing the territory business to find opportunities to drive distribution.
- Correct positioning of the Red Bull brand and the Red Bull product portfolio in the territory by negotiating the execution with the customers.
- Identify care and continuously develop the local and regional On Premise accounts doing a proper Route Planning.
- Drive cooperation with the local Distributors Sales Force in order to reach an adequate numeric distribution by working on the filed together with the distributor team.
- Routinely perform Staff Education/Energizers to ensure brand understanding perfect serve and encourage optimum pricing doing scheduled training with them.
Administration
- Negotiate and implement commercial partnership agreements turning the offset funds from financial contribution to added value.
- Fulfilment of reports committing with the deadlines.
- Management of the local onpremise Budget planning and tracking of all marketing tools.
Market research
- Observation and reports of competitor activities by reporting on meetings with on premise manager.
- Active search of new opportunities for the Business in the region researching and visiting EPC (Entry point consumer) outlets.
On Premise Marketing
- Putting the On Premise marketing strategy into practice using the tools appropriately (Point of sale materials) to drive vertical growth
- Ensure that all marketing tools are staged in the right accounts according to international onpremise guidelines by working aligned with the business plan.
- Engage and differentiate the brand through innovative support following the On Premise vision of bringing added value to the customers
Qualifications :
- Full Graduation
- Postgraduation (Desirable)
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Power Point etc.)
- Solution oriented and Doitnow attitude
- Strong Personality Presence Strong Work Ethic Style Persistent Reliable Sociable Flexible Availability Selfmotivated ambitious.
- English advanced
