We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the President. The ideal candidate should be highly organized proficient in documentation and adept at liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide highlevel administrative support to executives and senior management.
- Manage executives calendars and arrange meetings appointments and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and coordinate documentation reports and presentations.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure discretion always.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating company events conferences and meetings.
- Conduct research and compile data to support executive decisionmaking.
- Handle incoming communications including emails and phone calls and prioritize accordingly.
- Manage office supplies and equipment ensuring availability and functionality.
- Assist in other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role preferably in the construction or related industry.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and document management systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Must have experience with making Minutes of the meeting
- Must be willing to work in Quezon City
- Must be willing to travel on short notice
- Willing to commute or with a license and knows how to drive a manual car
