Key Responsibilities:
- Email Outreach: Send personalized emails to potential leads to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
- Lead Qualification: Assess leads based on engagement interest level and fit for our offerings.
- Followups & Nurturing: Maintain consistent communication with qualified accounts through email providing relevant information and updates.
- CRM Management: Keep track of all email communications lead status and followups in the CRM system.
- Collaboration with Account Management: Ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads sharing necessary details for a seamless transition.
- Target Achievement: Meet weekly/monthly targets for lead engagement qualification and handovers.
- Market & Competitor Research: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to refine outreach strategies.
Requirements
- 02 years of experience in inside sales email outreach or lead generation.
- Excellent written communication skills with a persuasive approach.
- Ability to craft compelling email sequences to drive engagement.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and email automation platforms.
- Strong followup and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Selfmotivated goaldriven and detailoriented.
