Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Outreach: Send personalized emails to potential leads to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess leads based on engagement interest level and fit for our offerings.
  • Followups & Nurturing: Maintain consistent communication with qualified accounts through email providing relevant information and updates.
  • CRM Management: Keep track of all email communications lead status and followups in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration with Account Management: Ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads sharing necessary details for a seamless transition.
  • Target Achievement: Meet weekly/monthly targets for lead engagement qualification and handovers.
  • Market & Competitor Research: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to refine outreach strategies.


Requirements

  • 02 years of experience in inside sales email outreach or lead generation.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a persuasive approach.
  • Ability to craft compelling email sequences to drive engagement.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and email automation platforms.
  • Strong followup and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Selfmotivated goaldriven and detailoriented.
