As the GCC (Global Captive Centers) Sales Lead you will lead and manage the sales efforts for GCCs in India. This role requires a strategic mindset and a strong understanding of the market dynamics within the GCC space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategy for the GCC accounts in India in alignment with the global business objectives
- Engage with key clients prospects and industry experts to build strategic relationships. Add new logos and mine existing engagements to expand the market share
- Work closely with the Global Sales Leads and Service Line leaders to plan and execute market entry strategies for new products or services ensuring successful traction
- Collaborate with internal teams including presales marketing delivery to align sales efforts and deliver a highquality client experience
- Act as a senior ambassador of the business by representing at industry events conferences and seminars
- Prepare and present regular updates on sales performance market trends for India GCC accounts to the Global Head of Sales
Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience with proven expertise in a senior sales leadership role ideally within the GCC region or similar international markets
- Strong business acumen with a demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to negotiate and influence at all stakeholder levels
- Preferably from service industry background
- Willingness to travel across country to meet GCC customers as needed
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
