Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Define project scope goals and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans and schedules.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Manage project team and thirdparty/vendor relationships.
- Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Manage changes in project scope schedule and costs.
- Report on project status to stakeholders. Escalate issues as needed.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Responsible for the administration and direction of assigned projects.
- Responsible for representing the university on all project matters within portfolio
- Responsible for maintaining satisfactory relations with clients
- Determine the objectives for the project team in accordance with the contract terms and scope of work
- Recommend all estimates for contract changes and variation orders
- Control the project by continuous review of all project documentation within ICS department
- Primary contact on project matters
- Physical review evaluation and inspection of the work done for the project.
Requirements
Requirements:
- A relevant Degree/Diploma and Project Management Registration or Project Management qualification
- A minimum of 8 years experience as Project Manager
- Registration with relevant professional body
