This is a remote position.
We are seeking a detailoriented and motivated Mortgage PreApproval Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience interpreting payslips bank statements and financial documents as well as managing workflows and maintaining accurate records. Familiarity with sales trackers and preapproval processes is essential.
PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:
Review and analyse client documentation including payslips bank statements and other financial records to determine preapproval eligibility.
Liaise with clients to gather required financial information and explain loan products terms and conditions.
Accurately file index and maintain client records to ensure seamless workflow management and compliance with industry standards.
Monitor and manage workflow tasks to ensure timely processing of client files and adherence to deadlines.
Utilise sales tracking tools to manage and update client progress ensuring transparency and accurate reporting.
Work closely with brokers and other team members to provide support and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure all processes adhere to regulatory and company standards.
Stay updated on industry trends lending products and market conditions.
Bachelors degree in finance accounting economics or a related field.
Experience in mortgage brokering or a related financial services role.
Strong ability to interpret and analyse payslips bank statements and other financial documents.
Excellent organisational and timemanagement skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with sales trackers and CRM systems (training can be provided).
Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g. Excel loan management systems).
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of the role.
Proactive and motivated approach to problemsolving and task completion.
Effective communication skills for internal and external interactions.
