Were looking for a Zone Coordinator to lead and motivate teams toward success.

What Are We Looking For
We are currently seeking a Zone Coordinator with experience in managing Sales Promoters to train develop support and motivate the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead coordinate and motivate the team to achieve and exceed established goals.
- Support in interviews and recruitment processes.
- Plan direct and supervise the teams daily activities.
- Analyze results identify improvement opportunities and implement optimization strategies.
- Maintain close relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare reports.
- Train and develop the team in sales techniques and product knowledge.

- Experience managing teams preferably in the Sales Promoters sector.
- Weekend availability.
- High proficiency in English.

- Willingness to travel and a valid drivers license.
