Expected Responsibilities

Job description Veeva CTMS:
- Responsible for all Veeva Vault CTMS & TMF changes and implementation
- Understand business requirements and propose and design Tech solutions
- Lead all Tech design and implementation meetings
- Review work done by other configurators
- Responsible for managing/performing deployments
- Prepare deployment checklist config specification and other tech documents
- Responsible for environment management – Sandbox refresh snapshots etc.
- Work with Veeva technical team for issues or new features related to Veeva Vault ClinOps product
- Tech impact assessment on current features and functionalities due to new release and enhancements
- Guiding business decisions and priorities when proposing resolution strategies for encountered issues
- Strong technical knowledge of Configurations in Veeva Vault Clinical Operations Suite mainly in Veeva CTMS & Veeva eTMF
- HandsOn work experience on Veeva Vault platform configurations
- HandsOn work experience on Veeva Vault CTMS & eTMF configurations
- Knowledge of Clinical Trial data and processes across pharmaceuticals specifically as they relate to Clinical studies
