Lovisa Opportunity:
In this role you will be responsible for maximizing business profits through the effective management of the appropriate inventory portfolio required for each market. Working closely with our Ecommerce Team you will play a critical role in building and being responsible for a commercial collection across our Ecommerce Warehouses.
The Digital Merchandise Planner will be responsible for:
- OTB Planning for the Ecommerce Business: by each 3PL by month with weekly updates and proactive management.
- Management of sales and margin and pricing recommendations for the Ecommerce business and the loading of pricing and relevant promotions into the system.
- With Ecommerce and Merchandise teams manage the quantification of weekly planogram updates including range stories for the Ecommerce business.
- Manage the product assortment and REF quantity within each 3PL to maximize sales opportunities
- Report detailed monthly and quarterly inventory position stock turns and out of stocks for the 3PL warehouses.
- Oversea and recommend required forward quantifications and range/category mix to achieve budgeted sales
- To monitor and maintain margins targets
- Produce weekly monthly reports for the business in relation to Ecommerce and provide recommendations for ROI
- Develop post seasonal and strategic plans
- Maintain commercial buy plans to maximise our profit return
- To monitor timely delivery of appropriate merchandise to support all Ecommerce marketing initiatives such as sale events calendar promotion events and other activities that may be engineered from time to time
- To monitor the sell through of product for Ecommerce and communicate back to the business any anomalies.
- Create and maintain allocation keys in system to ensure correct inventory is managed within the warehouses
Lovisa Loves: A cando attitude with the following skills:
- Minimum 35 years experience in Allocations or Planner position
- Preferable experience within a Ecommerce environment
- Shopify experience an advantage
- Advanced computer skills using Excel
- Sound knowledge of allocations and inventory
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
