Job Description

Responsibilities
- Participate in client meetings to present design concepts and gather feedback.
- Effectively convey design ideas and technical details to clients.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD Revit SketchUp).
- Produce millwork and furniture shop drawings with meticulous attention to detail.
- Translate design concepts into clear layouts mood boards and compelling 3D visualizations.
- Participate in client meetings to present design concepts and gather feedback.
- Conduct onsite inspections to ensure design accuracy and quality.
- Liaise with contractors vendors and artisans to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and deliver clear reports and presentations to communicate project progress.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of architectural and structural drawings.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
- Proactive problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
