Job Description
Within the PME division reporting directly to Brand Managers / Directors the Brand Manager Assistant will play an integral role within the Global Brand Management & Guest Experience team developing and launching culturally relevant experiences that are conscious and drive brand desirability relevance and preference.
- Contribute to the conceptualization and implementation of ibis key strategic projects (i.e. bedding compliance F&B Service Culture Problem Management Talent Experience) product and signature moment and assist in the communication of these projects to ensure alignment and understanding across the organization.
- Support redefinition implementation and measurement of brand & products standards in hubs.
- Maintain update and manage global content: brand guidelines creative assets toolkits intranet content and newsletters
- Support the implementation and activation of brand partnerships & animations on property to enhance guest experience.
- Coordinate and participate in meetings with both internal and external key stakeholders and partners.
Qualifications :
Level of Studies: BAC4 /5
Field of Studies: Brand Management/Project Management/Product Development
Experience: a first internship in Project Management
You have an interest in hospitality brand and customer experience
Fluency in English (written & spoken)
Pack Office (especially PowerPoint)
