Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent onboarding experience: Train and drive customers to success through enablement on product features environment setup and prototyping implementationvital features.
- Design & Develop Solutions: Help customers realize value from requirements gathering through development and delivery of embedded analytics software solutions using Logi analytics products.
- Serve as the goto product expert: Document and recommend bestpractices used by the most successful Logi customers evangelize for proper use of the product.
- Drive Customer Success: Form an opinion on what Logis customers need to be successful and advocate for the customer base internally
Qualifications :
Experience Level: 6 years with 3 years in relevant technologies
Experience
- Experience mapping customer requirements to software solutions.
- Experience providing technical consulting on the development of datacentric web applications.
- Experience with Software Development Life Cycle Agile methodology Content Management Systems (e.g. Git) IDEs (e.g. Eclipse Visual Studio).
- Ability to write SQL based queries.
- Experience with some or all the following technologies:
- Data: Relational Database experience in one of the following (SQL Server MySQL Postgres Oracle).
- Environment: AWS (Amazon Web Services) or Azure.
- Good to have and a plus
- Experience in one of the following (NoSQL Rest API).
- FrontEnd: Intermediate experience in one of the following (HTML CSS JavaScript)
- Experience in one of the following (React Vue Angular Bootstrap Material)
Some familiarity with the following a plus:
- BackEnd: Java EE ASP.Net MVC C# node spring boot Shell Scripting python
- Operating systems: Windows Linux
- Containers (e.g. docker)
