Job Description
Automation and Maintenance Technician (Mechanic)
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in the position.
- English desirable.
- Experience in maintenance and automation.
- Experience in preventive maintenance of pistons and pneumatic parts.
Responsibilities:
- Check mechanical failures in pneumatic pistons positioning of sensors replace pneumatic parts in compliance with safety regulationsperform preventive maintenance and keep the internal inventory of spare parts and consumables organized.
- Responsible for the introduction of automation equipment including the installation commissioning and acceptance of automation equipment mechanisms
- Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of automation equipment institutions exception handling followup timely warning and be able to quickly and effectively solve problems to ensure the longterm safe and stable operation of automation equipment
- Participate in and be able to provide better opinions and suggestions on the commissioning of automation equipment and production processes such as project improvement
- Responsible for formulating the standard operation book of automation equipment institutions such as equipment operation manual equipment inspection manual and equipment maintenance manual
- Make daily/weekly/monthly summary reports on work tasks and work plans. (Daily/Weekly/Monthly)
- Comply with the company's code of conduct rules and regulations and standardize the personal code of conduct.
